Sports Injury Rehabilitation For Sports People

All sports injury treatments provided by React Physiotherapy are evidence-based. During your initial consultation with our physiotherapist we will discuss the history of your specific sports injury or condition in order to provide the most effective treatment plan to get you returning to sport or exercise as soon as possible. We offer sports injury rehabilitation for a wide range of conditions including:

  • Shin splints
  • Lower back pain
  • Sciatica
  • Shoulder pain
  • Tennis elbow
  • Calf pain/Achilles tendonitis (tendinopathy)
  • Muscle strain
  • Pre/post surgical rehabilitation

One of the techniques used to complement a sports injury rehabilitation programme is sports massage. Our sports massage expert can assist in sports event preparation or post-event recovery, it’s never too late to book in!

“Chris from React guided me through an innovative rehabilitation programme for my anterior cruciate ligament injury with complete empathy for my frustration at being unable to play. The exercises he recommended challenged function and strength and enabled me to get back to training with confidence.”
